JULIA HEART

Julia Heart takes a socially critical stance in her latest single «Kids from the Past». In the folk-pop song, she addresses generational conflicts and draws attention to the high suicide rate in Switzerland with lyrics such as «that‘s the way in the red and white, we call it a sacrifice».

Singer and songwriter Julia Heart moves between folk, blues, rock and pop. After launching her solo project with an EP in 2019, a live session followed a year later, which she recorded in Nashville. Since then, Heart and her band have performed in m China, among other places. Julia Heart also won the Swiss Talent Spotlight Award, which is presented by the Montreux Jazz Artists Foundation. The debut album Sanctuary contains nine profound and intimate songs with an international character and will be released in spring 2025.
