MIDNIGHT DEADBEATS

The album Dance ’Til You Die has become an angry and fun record at the same time. Compared to the debut Moonshine Carnival (2020), the songs are both nastier and funnier. A snotty collage of punk, grunge, doom and heavy rock that wants to spank your ears! Guitars overdriven to the point of feedback, dirty rattling bass riffs and a controlled brawl on the drums make up the basic sound. The vocal passages are sometimes melancholic, but mostly more like shouting, screaming, shrieking or yowling. In fact, the record also surprises with animal sounds.
Midnight Deadbeats want to encourage the ‘…animalistic roar’ to listen. Or rather encourage the audience to bawl along animalistically? Perhaps both. Note from the band: ‘Am I a dog?’ If you want to go on a mental rampage for once, or just want to get the shit steaming – regardless of the consequences – then this is the right place for you. Let‘s go, Rambazamba, Scheiaweia, Halligalli and off we go.
Possibly mass pogo, mosh pit and wall of death. Or in the words of the title ‘Dance – dance, dance until you die, until you die!‘
